If you think you're going to rent from a respectable company, think again... Document all (even the smallest) scratches and ask the company representative to accept the car when you return it. Unlike with other companies, there is no one there when you return a car (event in the middle of the day). You bring the key to the office and they say \everything is Ok\. When, you land at home and get the email that the car is damaged and this is your fault - there are some minor scratches...and they send the car to repair and you should pay for this. Fortunately, I had a video of the car when I get it, at the parking, of course with the same scratches... Let's see if they at least apologize for the false allegations. BTW, the car we get was even without wheel caps - never seen this before - was thinking they gonna say I lost (or stole) them and ask to pay... So, if you think that paying more for renting from the big company will pare you the headache, get a car from another one...

Good staff giving a fair and honest rental. Generally, I have had no problems renting cars in Austria. If you are straightforward with the company they are understanding if there is a problem. The service collecting the car and dropping off is fast and efficient compared to some of the other companies here. But you pay for what you get. Definitely recommend them.

I had a problem with the car and called the service line. Was offered a fix, but when I came to the desk- after driving 3 hours!!!- they didn't know anything about it and were not very willing to do anything to assist. Never again.

Biffen’s Kitchen

I was very impressed with 9 seat VW van we got. It had all the mod-coms and the desk lady was very helpful. We had to pay for a late arrival fee but that was due to our plane being an hour late. I am hoping to get that back off BA or my insurance. We had a great time skiing in Kaprun at the Kitz 6 Residence. Would highly recommend.
